Kevin Petkos is 2004 graduate of Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham Law, Mr. Petkos focused his studies in the field of intellectual property law, yet his legal experience there included positions as varied as mediating disputes in Bronx Small Claims Court to researching the application of the Americans with Disabilities Act to people with HIV and AIDS. Upon graduation from Fordham Law, Mr. Petkos passed both the New York and New Jersey Bar Examinations, and has subsequently been admitted to the Bars in both states.
Since coming to Arshack, Hajek & Lehrman, PLLC, Mr. Petkos has primarily worked on medical malpractice cases. So far, Mr. Petkos has maintained a perfect winning record, drafting no less than three winning appellate briefs and has obtaining verdicts in favor of our clients in three trial cases. He has extensive experience drafting appellate briefs, motions, and pre-trial discovery requests and correspondence, in addition to representing the firm at all levels of pre-trial court appearances.
