Patrick G. Burke III attended St. John’s University Law School as a night student while employed as a Police Officer in the New York Police Department (NYPD).  Mr. Burke brings to this practice both substantial investigative skills as well as a depth of medical knowledge drawn from his employment prior to the NYPD by the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation Emergency Medical Services.  In addition, Mr. Burke was a founding member of the Baird Point Volunteers Ambulance Corps at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Mr. Burke specializes in Wills, trusts and Estates and became of counsel to Arshack, Hajek & Lehrman, PLLC after spending ten years as a trial attorney with a major national insurance company.
